How We Work For You

Once you have registered we will contact you when we think we have a suitable job.

We will forward to you the Job specification and any graphics and text information that our Client allows us to show to you, to help you decide if their Job is right for you or not.

If you are confident that you are suitable for their job, we will Introduce your details to our Client, including in our presentation:

  • Your cv and graphic samples plus any additional information you want us to include relevant to their Job.
  • Why we think you are right for their job
  • When you are available for work

If our Client wishes to interview you, we will arrange this with you and our Client. And phone and email you with:

  • the date and time of your interview;
  • details of the job for which you are being interviewed for and who is interviewing you; and
  • our client’s name and details: Name, Address, Phone, Website.

When our Client wants to offer you a Freelance job

We will write to them, asking them to confirm:

  • your start date and time and the duration of the contract;
  • the job for which they’re hiring you;
  • your remuneration and any benefits;
  • to whom you need to submit your invoice to, so our Client can pay you; and
  • our Client’s payment terms for your Invoices.

When our Client replies to confirm your job

We will write to you...You will need to read and check these details and if you are happy to agree, reply in writing to confirm.

When we have received your written confirmation of acceptance we will notify our Client that you have confirmed.

Our Client will ask for

  • your personal and invoicing details; and
  • You to their terms

When our Client wants to offer you a Permanent Staff position

We will ask they send you an Offer of Employment Letter and Employment Contract to our Candidate and that they provide us with copies of the same. The Offer of Employment Letter and Employment Contract will make clear:

  • the job title and its description that you are being offered
  • the salary and benefits offered to you, too.

Whether you are employed or engaged by our Clients for freelance or permanent roles, it is your responsibility to agree terms and contract with them.

We introduce you to our clients, we do not run a payroll service.

We invoice our clients an introduction fee for each time they engage or employ you.
